Sharing my thoughts
I was in town on course today and will be for the next two days. I know i’m totally tired when I DIDN’T spend a single cent today in town! I saw a few pieces of clothes I reaaaaallllyyyy like but I actually stepped out of the shope WITHOUT buying anything.
Is this a good sign?
Thanks to the quake that sent tremors to Singapore, I managed to get home slighty at 6 pm after running a few errands at Toa Payoh Hub.
I managed to see the sun go down instead of moon light … hahaha ….
Got this from my email. Quite funny and true.
It all started on Friday evening when we went to the new restaurant at Raffles City. Sudoku Japanese Food Bazaar. There was a long queue when we reached there around 7 pm but the wait is quite fast. Finding a seat inside is a problem. Took us a while to get a table. Food is so-so only. Small portion. Quite salty in my opinion. However, it is not that expensive. Probably won’t go back again so soon. I rather much enjoyed the cakes and tea at Canele we had after the dinner.

Went back to office on Saturday to clear some work. Went down to Orchard and bought Sophie Kinsella latest book, Remember Me, to read. Can’t wait to read this.
Then off to Isetan Scotts supermarket and found some new japanese snacks on display. Got myself a small bottle of Choya to try too. Hope they are good.

Totally exhausted this morning but still have to wake up early to go to the boss house for CNY lunch. Had another round of lo hei. My third. Going to have another one at home this evening. Bought 4D for tonight. Hope I win since I lo hei so many times this year …. hahahha …
My 2nd lo hei since CNY. A 3rd round coming tonight and a 4th round on Sunday … Huat Ah!
was spent in the office checking payroll so that everyone get their pay next week …. duh … no celebration this year … no gifts exchange … no dinner …. we are each busy with our own work and couldn’t meet at all today. However, I did receive a good news from the BF this morning when he wishes me Happy V Day. He has quit his no-day-no-night job and will be joining another company that gives him stable timing so that he can spend more time with me. Hopefully by end-March, we can get a break from work and spend some quality time together. Maybe a short trip to some nearby resorts …
After a super long CNY break, its back to work tomorrow! Arrrggghhhh … I was on leave since 5 Feb and had a six-days long break. 现在要把吃喝玩乐的心情收回来了。Will be a very busy week as there will be a new batch of Poly interns coming in tomorrow plus its the payroll week! Plus Valentine’s Day coming and I have not had the time to buy any gifts for the BF. May even skip celebrating this year since we are so busy.
Recently discovered an online game and have been playing till 2 – 3 am for the past few days and I seriously need a good sleep. Plus eating and drinking too much makes me so bloated that I think I have gained at least 2-3 kg since CNY eve! The online game is so addictive that I have been playing every waking minute I have at home. If you have some free time on hand, do visit Viwawa. You can always fine me in Mahjong and Sushido. =P
Right, time to get ready to bed and the work week ahead …… sigh ……
